DFT200 FTS Controller
The DFT200 is a digital interferometer controller designed by LR Tech with the following features:
- Fully digital controller (for speeds up to 1.2 MHz)
- Direct control of the scan arm for more flexibility
- Allows signal sampling at ΒΌ of a laser fringe
- Under/over sampling up to 4 samples/laser fringe
- Acquisition in the forward and/or reverse directions
- Partial scanning (scanning around a given band of interest) and step scan modes
- Three optimized scan speeds (32 KHz, 100 KHz, 375 KHz)
- Digital or analog servo loop configuration
